Privacy Notice

This notice explains how RankRight handles personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Last updated 2026-10-14.

What we collect

When you send a request: your name, mobile number, email if given, your business name or website, type of business, the searches you want to be found for, and anything else you tell us. When you use the site: anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type, country) without cookies that identify you.

Why we collect it

To run and send your visibility check, to contact you about it, and to improve the site. We do not sell your details.

Who we share it with

RankRight, and the service providers that host the site and store requests on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Request details are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, by sending a request through the contact page with the subject "privacy".
