Many small-business sites miss the basics in Google's SEO starter guide: titles that do not say what the page is, no sitemap, pages nothing links to. RankRight fixes those, submits the site to Google and Bing, and lists every change.
Where we start
We crawl your site and list every missing or duplicate title, missing description, unlinked page, broken link and markup gap.
What gets fixed
- Page titles. Google says a good title is unique to the page, clear and concise, and accurately describes it.
- Descriptions. Short, unique to the page, with its most relevant points.
- Links. Most new pages Google finds are found through links, so every page gets linked.
- A sitemap, submitted to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
- Business details markup that matches what the page says.
- Broken links and missing pages.
All from Google's SEO starter guide.
What we will not charge you for
Google's starter guide lists things it says not to focus on: Google does not use the meta keywords tag, there is no magic word count, keywords in the domain name have hardly any effect, and duplicate content on your own site will not cause a manual action (Google's SEO starter guide). If a quote bills for these, ask why.
What is included
- Crawl of your site
- Titles and descriptions
- Internal links
- Sitemap and submission to Google and Bing
- Markup matched to the page
- Broken links
- A list of every change
Doing it yourself, a cheap package, or RankRight
| Doing it yourself | Cheap package | RankRight | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Submitted to Google and Bing | If you know how | Sometimes | Yes |
| Bills for meta keywords | No | Some do | Never: Google does not use them |
What it costs
Published Singapore guides put SEO at S$500 to S$3,000 a month for most businesses, with entry plans around S$500 to S$1,500 (Digital Marketing Agency); another puts most SMEs at S$1,500 to S$3,000 (Roots Digital); a third lists basic agency packages from S$400 to S$700 a month (OOM). RankRight quotes after the free visibility check, so you price the work against your own results, not a package.

How it works
- Send your business and website. Plus the two or three services you most want customers to find, and the areas you serve.
- Free visibility check. Where you show on Google today for those searches, map pack and organic, and what ranks above you.
- A plan with a price. What to fix first, why, and what it costs. Nothing to pay before this.
- Work, then measure. Changes made and listed, pages submitted, the same searches checked again.
